At Mode Amore, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If something doesn’t fit or you change your mind, we’re here to help with a smooth and simple return process.

✔ Return/Exchange Window

Customers can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the parcel.

✔ Condition for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and undamaged.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • The product should be in sellable condition, exactly as delivered.

✔ How to Request a Return

✔ Return Charges

  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If an exchange is requested, the customer may pay a small re-shipping fee depending on the courier service.

✔ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons and to maintain product quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Accessories

  • Items damaged, worn, washed, or altered by the customer

✔ Refund / Store Credit

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Customers may receive store credit or an exchange item.

  • Refunds can be offered in special cases approved by our team.

✔ Wrong or Defective Item?

If you received a wrong or damaged item, please inform us within 24 hours with unboxing video/pictures for quick assistance.
